The Conference will allow promotion of the Exhibitor’s company, products, and services to the international medical and
pharmaceutical community, represented by the Conference participants and guests. The exhibition booths will be located around the entrance to the Conference lecture room and will be visible to all visitors entering the Conference rooms.
The exhibition will be open for the entire Conference time: Thursday, May 23, 2024 in the afternoon, Friday, May 24, from 8 am until 6 pm, and Saturday, May 25, from 8 am until 5 pm.
The package offered to Exhibitors contains:
- logo recognition on the Conference website, in the printed Conference materials, and the Conference electronic materials for participants
- exhibit booth with two possible locations: in the main Conference lecture room or the smaller exhibition hall (if available)
- promotional materials (gadgets, printed company materials/inserts) provided by the Exhibitor in the Conference participant package
